Genoa's Candy Dance...

Genoa's Candy Dance was a blast !! My mom and I just walked around and looked at all of the amazing things people have made and the beautiful art they created. And then... It poured down rain !! :] but it was still fun. Everyone was soaked and still walking around like it was a sun shining day :] I loved the fall leaves stuck to the pavement :]

This is the beautiful bag of kettle corn we got :] it's amazing !!! But reminds me of Julie and John's house :[ i miss them... Love the simple reminders life gives us as we trudge along it's path. <3

Car Rides with Boo & Kimi...

                

This is Kimi and Benjamin (a.k.a. benji, benji-boo, boo boo, or just boo) And this is their favorite thing to do when we're in the car :] finally got some pics of them doing this :] taken with my phone but its all good :] Life's too short to hide in the car, put your head out the window and let your ears fly in the wind :D

Depression Hurts...

I am sooo depressed that the bookstore closest to me is going out of business D: AND that Borders is going out of business everywhere !!! nationwide !!! :[ :[ :[ :[ it hurts me so...

In The Waiting Line...

 <---- This pillow to the right is a pillow i've had probably since I was 4 years old or so. If you look closely you can see its worn... very worn !!! and even see through. (see the stuffing :]??) Thats because its been loved to death ! :] and...

this pillow ----> to the right, is a new pillow. The exact same one actually :] See, this past weekend, my mom and I went into this consignment shop in town that we both love to just look around, waste some time. Well, while wondering through, I saw this pillow, MY PILLOW :], sitting on a chair. I may note that I've been looking for a newer version of my pillow for a few years now :] but still will not throw it out, against my mother's will lol :]. I got super excited and didn't see a price tag so i brought it to the owner to ask. She said she can't get it to match any of the furniture in the store, so she said I could just take it :D :D :D :D ... you have no idea how happy this made me considering how much I've looked for a new one :]

This goes to show that, its true things will come to you when you're not looking for them. And they will come when you're ready to accept that change :] maybe not everything can be compared to a pillow ;], but you know :] I've learned in the past two years that everything happens for a reason, and only time will tell. It may mean that we hold onto the things of our past, but in reality, its what makes us who we are today. I'm still not to the point where I will give my pillow up :] haha, how dumb that sounds, I don't care ! But for the bigger things in life, I know I'm taken care of, and I know that when it's time, I may get what I've been searching for when I'm not searching for it :]
